Montagu, situated in what is known as the succulent Karoo, is well-known for its nature garden, where an astounding variety of vygies splash out in spectacular colour during the spring months. The good quality rock structures of the Langeberg mountains challenge local and overseas rock climbers. Village of the Year Montagu was voted as "Engen Village of the Year - 2002", something of which we are very proud.
